Biography
Shalaut has led acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and growth investments across North America, Europe and Asia, and made them work afterwards through post-merger integration.
Most recently he was Ex-SVP and Head of M&A at PI Industries, a global agrisciences company. He also headed M&A earlier at Piramal Pharma and Larsen & Toubro Limited. He acquired 20+ businesses with a cumulative value of $2 Bn+. His deals include the acquisition of Plant Health Care plc, Janssen's European critical care brands and Coldstream Laboratories in the US.
He designed the M&A Deal Simulation from those transactions and has run it for INSEAD GEMBA and TIEMBA cohorts in Singapore and Fontainebleau. He also founded the Sakhi Saheli NGO.
